Courtney Herman, the funeral arranger, did an excellent job re: my 99-year-old father-in-law's funeral in April 2026.
I initially approached Gregory & Carr after the gentleman's beloved wife's 2021 funeral service from another provider, which I was not impressed. Courtney responded to my many emails from 2022 to 2025 patiently. I am grateful for the empathic replies to my many emails especially in the last few weeks before his pass as well as the many communication and actions taken immediately afterward, including meeting with the family in our home. No doubt, my senior had a very dignified funeral service. My family are deeply appreciative for the exceptional care and support we received.
